Wangard Partners announced that New Berlin Plastics, a provider of custom-injection molded plastic components, has signed a lease for the industrial property at 5365 S. Moorland Road in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
New Berlin Plastics will occupy the entire 93,692-square-foot building.
Wangard purchased the property in May of 2021 from Nassco, which relocated to a larger facility in New Berlin in November after leasing back the property for just more than five months.
Roger Siegel and Samuel Dickman, Jr. of the Dickman Company, represented the landlord and affiliate of Wangard Partners Inc. in the transaction. William Luterbach represented New Berlin Plastics.
