The Pleasant Prairie Village Plan Commission on Oct. 7 approved a conceptual plan to develop properties at the southwest corner of State Trunk Highway and State Highway 31 in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
The plan calls for developing three commercial properties, including a Rocket Wash car wash and retail and office space.
According to the plan commission, the parcel designated for Rocket Wash is 2.3 acres. It will include a 5,480-square-foot car wash facility with 30 parking spaces.
Another site will house a 12,000-square-foot office or retail building with 103 parking spaces. The third site will be home to a 16,900-square-foot office or retail building. It will include 94 parking spaces.
“Approval of the Master Conceptual Plan marks an important step forward for this project,” said Robert Hanson, Pleasant Prairie Community Development Director, in a statement on the plan commission’s website. “The future construction of 105th Street and the development of the commercial sites will contribute to local growth and provide space for new business opportunities.”
