Plunkett Raysich Architects late last year broke ground on CityDeck Commons, a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wis.
The 132,000-square-foot development features 76 luxury apartment units, 7,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 30,000 square feet of underground parking and a 3,600-square-foot shared resident rooftop terrace.
The project is part of a city-wide effort to redevelop downtown Green Bay.
