Plunkett Raysich Architects recently raised $10,256 during a week-long campaign to benefit the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and the United Way of Dane County.
The firm’s annual campaign raised money through a combination of employee and company donations.
The campaign ran from Oct. 24 through Oct. 31. During the campaign, employees held a business-attire clothing drive, a soup cook-off and a peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich competition, all designed to raise funds for the United Way. The sandwich contest had a nice side impact, too; more than 200 sandwiches were donated to The Guest House of Milwaukee, a local homeless shelter.
