Site development has begun on an upscale $28 million, 204-residence apartment community located near the intersection of Highway K and Mexico Road in O’Fallon, Missouri, called Bramblett Hills. The project is being developed by St. Louis-based TriStar Properties and built by general contractor Contegra Construction Co.
Situated on an 11-acre site, Bramblett Hills will host 17 free-standing three-story buildings with a combination of one-, -two- or three-bedroom apartments. Its focal point will be a 2,500-square-foot clubhouse with fully equipped fitness and business centers and multi-purpose community spaces.
Residences, which range from 770 to 1,330 square feet, are designed to be bright and airy. Appointments include full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, bay windows and vaulted ceilings in third-floor homes.
