Podolsky Circle has hired Gina Fridberg to take on the role of Director of Business Development.
Fridberg has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate banking and is known for her work ethic and professionalism, according to a company statement. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy.
Prior to joining the firm, Fridberg was a senior vice president at Fifth Third Bank where she originated and managed over $400 million in acquisition and construction loans across the nation. She also worked at PNC bank where she managed a distressed real estate portfolio and focused on syndicated transaction and restructed both senior and mezzanine debt.
Fridberg attended Case Western Reserve University and received a bachelor’s degree in business/managerial economics.
