Podolsky Circle names Michael Lebar principal and president of construction

Podolsky Circle CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Michael Lebar has been named principal of the firm and president of the firm’s construction division, Podolsky Circle Construction, LLC.

An industry veteran, Lebar has more than 20 years of construction management and development experience. Throughout his career, he has developed and constructed more than seven million square feet of industrial, office, retail and municipal projects ranging from new development to tenant build-out. Lebar joined Podolsky Circle in 2016 as director of construction and to spearhead the firm’s newly-formed construction division. In his new role as principal and president of construction, he will oversee the direction of the firm’s construction operations including general contracting, pre-construction services, estimating, design-build services, project scheduling, project management, construction management services and due diligence inspections.

“Mike is a key member of the firm and has been an integral part in developing Podolsky’s construction arm, which is quickly expanding,” said managing principal Alissa Adler. “We are proud to welcome Mike as a principal of the firm and we are confident that he will continue to lend his leadership and expertise to this new position, our clients and to the entire organization.”

“It’s an exciting time for the entire firm and the construction division, as we continue our expansion,” said Lebar. “Podolsky Circle Construction was established two years ago as a natural complement to our company’s platform and to offer a wide range of client-centric and third-party services including general contracting, construction management and advisory services. Since its formation, our business and project scope have grown quickly and as we continue to see great opportunity in the Chicago marketplace, we expect to bolster our team in the near future.”

Prior to joining Podolsky Circle, Lebar was principal of Lebar Construction and held development and construction positions with First Industrial Realty Trust and A. Epstein and Sons. In addition to constructing facilities in the Chicago market, he has also served clients in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia and California. Lebar holds a bachelor of science in construction management from Bradley University.
