Podolsky Circle CORFAC International successfully advised and represented MedEx Ambulance Service in a 17,080-square-foot, long-term lease renewal at 1001 S. Des Plaines Street in Chicago. The ambulance transportation provider, a certified Women Business Enterprise, provides medical transportation services to hundreds of healthcare facilities throughout the Chicago area.
Podolsky principals John Homsher, CCIM, and Steven Tick, SIOR, represented MedEx in its renewal at 1001 S. Des Plaines Street, while Jeff Gerling of Paine Wetzel Commercial Real Estate represented ownership, JP Morgan Chase Trustee, in the transaction. The property is a 40,000-square-foot, two-tenant industrial building that allows for interior vehicle storage, drive-through capabilities and a secure outdoor parking area for MedEx vehicles.
“We have represented MedEx in several leases and renewals over the years, and we are happy to again assist our client by arranging this long-term renewal with advantageous deal terms,” said Homsher.
