Podolsky Circle assisted Next Realty in the purchase of 575 Brick Church Park in Nashville, Tennesee.

The transaction is the first industrial acquisition and was an off-market opportunity, according to a statement from Podolsky.

The property is a 51,000-square-foot facility located in Nashville’s northern submarket. The building is fully leased by Fiserv, Inc. a financial services technology provider and the company has occupied the building since 2006. The building was constructed in 1994 and is near Interstate 65, Interstate 24 and Briley Parkway.

“This is a strategic asset for Fiserv, Inc. with 45,000 square feet of production area and a fully air conditioned facility,” Managing Principal Alissa Adler said in a statement. “The property is expandable by 15,000 square feet should Fiserv, Inc. require additional space during its tenancy.”

The Podolsky Circle Middle Market Investment Advisory Team comprised of Adler, Principal John Homsher, CCIM, and Senior Vice President Paul Tesdal, represented Next Realty.
