Podolsky Circle CORFAC International facilitated the sale of 215 N. Laflin Street in Chicago. Podolsky Circle principal Adam Tarantur, CCIM, and associate Austin Vanderstappen, represented the seller, a family trust, in the disposition. The property sold for $1,400,000 to an undisclosed buyer.
215 N. Laflin is an 8,258-square-foot, single-story, industrial building located in the West Loop of Chicago. Located off of Lake Street between Ashland and Ogden Avenues, the property offers easy access to the city and is a short walk from the Pink and Green “L” lines. 215 N. Laflin features a bow truss ceiling, drive-in door and is in immediate vicinity of an established retail corridor.
“After over five decades of ownership, the family determined it was time to divest of the asset,” said Vanderstappen. “The buyer acquired 215 N. Laflin for an adaptive reuse project. Once renovations are complete, the property will welcome a use that remains consistent with the progress that the Fulton Market area has experienced in recent years.”
