Podolsky Circle CORFAC International has announce the sale of 850 Forest Edge Drive in Vernon Hills, IL. Podolsky principals Randy D. Podolsky and Adam Tarantur, CCIM, represented the seller, Forest Edge, LLC, in the $1,095,000 transaction. The property sold to The Northeast Illinois Council, Boy Scouts of America.
“We are all extremely pleased that the Boy Scouts of America will call 850 Forest Edge its home and we are honored to have facilitated this transaction between the parties,” Podolsky said.
Located in the prestigious Corporate Woods Business Park, 850 Forest Edge Drive is a single-tenant, 12,500-square-foot office building situated in a heavily wooded business park setting. The Northeast Illinois Council, Boy Scouts of America is relocating to the building from its long-time location at 2745 Skokie Valley Road in Highland Park, IL after concluding a sale of that facility to a neighbor.
“The owners grew its business at the property, so much so that they eventually moved down the street into a substantially larger footprint,” said Tarantur.
Dave LeCavalier of ForeFront Properties represented the Boy Scouts of America in the transaction. Michael Ralph, Jr. of Ralph, Schwab, Gartner & Schiever, Chartered was the attorney for the seller.
