Podolsky Circle Construction has been selected as the development manager for Black Creek Group’s 131,040-square-foot industrial development in Naperville, Illinois. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2018, the speculative, multi-tenant industrial development will be located on North Aurora Road, West of IL-59.
Once complete, the property will feature 32-foot clear ceilings, 22 dock positions and 149 parking spaces. Michael Lebar, principal of Podolsky Circle and president of Podolsky Circle Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Podolsky Circle CORFAC International, is leading the project team which includes Kimley-Horn Associates as the civil engineer, Peak Construction as the general contractor and Ware-Malcomb as the project architect.
