Podolsky Circle’s Alissa Adler joins Graaskamp Center Board of Advisors

Des Plaines, Illinois-based Podolsky Circle CORFAC International managing principal Alissa Adler has been invited to join the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate Board of Advisors.

The Graaskamp Center Board of Advisors is composed of alumni of the University of Wisconsin-Madison who are leaders in the real estate industry. Board membership offers networking opportunities, access to the latest research conducted in real estate and related fields, the ability to guide the Graaskamp Center’s future endeavors and instructional and mentorship building with current students enrolled at the university.  

Alder, who received her master’s degree in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. She currently serves as managing principal of Podolsky Circle and specializes in investment sales, as well as debt and equity placement across office, industrial and retail asset classes.

Prior to its merger to form Podolsky Circle, Adler established Circle Realty Advisors, LLC. As president, she was responsible for all operations and staffing in addition to asset management and investment advisory work for clients. Before that, she served as vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for Duke Realty Corporation and vice president of dispositions for Equity Office Properties Trust. Throughout her esteemed career, Adler has served notable clients such as: Ashley Capital, BMO Harris, Syndicated Equities, Clear Height Properties, Guggenheim and Ameritus, to name a few.
