Podolsky Circle CORFAC International announced that executive vice president Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR was recently honored with several awards. The honors came from CORFAC International (Corporate Facility Advisors), the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR), as well as CoStar.
Podolsky was awarded the Largest Industrial Cooperative Transaction Award as part of CORFAC’s 2018 COR$TAR awards, which celebrates the success of firms and individuals serving multi-market clients through network referral transactions. Podolsky was presented with the prestigious award at the CORFAC International Spring Conference for his collaboration with Treat Macdonald, CCIM, SIOR, of Crump Commercial/CORFAC International in Memphis, Tennessee, in completing a 500,000-square-foot lease in Memphis on behalf of the tenant, XPO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.
The XPO Logistics transaction was also one of SIOR’s Top 50 Industrial Transactions of 2018. Lastly, Podolsky was named a Top Industrial Leasing Broker by CoStar, winning its 2018 Chicago Power Broker designation. Podolsky Circle CORFAC International was also named as a Top Leasing Firm in CoStar’s 2018 Chicago Power Broker Awards.

An industry veteran with nearly 50 years’ experience, Podolsky is active in numerous professional organizations including CORFAC International, SIOR and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). Podolsky is one of the founding members of CORFAC International, a worldwide brokerage network, of which Podolsky Circle is a charter member. He is based out of the firm’s Des Plaines, Illinois office.
