Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International has completed a tenant representation assignment on Chicago’s Goose Island for Cosentino North America, a producer of natural quartz surfaces.
Steven Podolsky, principal; Adam J. Tarantur, vice president; and Joshua Altman, associate, all of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, represented Cosentino.
Cosentino has leased 30,000 square feet of space at 1060-B Division St. in Chicago. With this lease Cosentino will relocate its Chicago area operations from Cicero to Chicago.
The space the company has leased will be used as both a showroom and warehouse facility. Approximately 5,000 square feet of space is being converted into a high-end showroom for displaying the applications of the company’s quartz and stone products. The warehouse space will also be showroom-like and enable customers to more closely examine the company’s products.
1060 Division Street is a 66,578-square-foot, multi-tenant building. The space to be occupied by Cosentino features 24-foot clear ceilings, four docks and one drive-in door.
Cosentino is a family-owned business based in Almena, Spain. It focuses on the design, production and distribution of architectural and decorative solutions made from natural stone.
