Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International (“PCCI”) principals Alissa Adler and John R. Homsher, CCIM have announced Jordan Silver as the newest addition to their Middle Market Investment Advisory Team as investment analyst.
In his capacity as Investment Analyst, Silver will be specializing in investment sales, acquisition underwriting and debt and equity modeling.
Silver previously gained experience as an Acquisition and Equity Analyst at GK Development and was part of BMO Harris Bank’s Business Banking Development Group.
His responsibilities at GK Development included financial underwriting utilizing ARGUS software for over $1 billion of retail, office, industrial and medical real estate opportunities throughout the United States and Canada totaling over 500 million square feet. He also performed acquisition sensitivity analyses to establish the ideal capital stack for maximizing firm and investor returns, as well as developed detailed models for several high-volume transactions.
Prior to his time at GK Development, Silver placed as one of the top candidates in BMO Harris Bank’s credit training program where he completed courses in accounting, credit underwriting, financial analysis and writing with an emphasis on analysis of borrowers’ financial statements to determine credit certification.
Adler said that Jordan’s skill set and wide variety of experience in multiple disciplines are a great fit for the team and for Podolsky|Circle as a whole.
