Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International announced that Companion Animal Specialty and Emergency Hospital (CASE) has doubled its size. As a result of the expansion CASE now occupies 9,668 sq. ft. of space at 1095 Pingree Road in Crystal Lake, IL. The two story mixed use property houses both industrial and office tenants.
The expansion is part of a long term lease renewal of CASE’s existing space. It accommodates the practice’s growing needs by allowing them expand into an adjacent space, where they will install additional surgical and advanced imaging (CT) areas, a much larger integrative medicine (rehabilitation) area, exam rooms and additional procedure room for future growth.
