Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International announced that BuildOut, Inc. has leased 3,200 sq. ft. of office space in Chicago’s West Loop. Adam J. Tarantur, CCIM, Principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, represented BuildOut in the transaction. With this lease, BuildOut triples their space to accommodate their continued growth.

BuildOut, Inc. is a Chicago-based technology platform that caters to real estate professionals nationwide. They provide integrated “one-stop shop” services for property marketing, document sharing, financial tracking and other services crucial to real estate professionals. BuildOut was founded in 2010 and has steadily grown to the point where the expansion of both the firm’s depth of services and its market reach necessitated a larger space to accommodate a bigger team.

BuildOut’s prior space was a 1,102 sq. ft. loft office located just outside the West Loop at 935 W. Chestnut. The firm’s new 3,200 sq. ft. space, also a loft office, is located at 118 N. Peoria, adjacent to Randolph Street’s restaurant row. 118 N. Peoria is a renovated West Loop loft building filled with creative tenants: 5 art galleries, a high end wine company, film companies and an advertising agency. “The West Loop’s urban environment and this particular building’s loft spaces and open layouts were a perfect fit for BuildOut’s needs as a technology firm catering to a younger staff,” stated Tarantur. The Landlord, a Private Trust, was represented by Bright Star Management.
