MV Transportation (“MV”), the largest private provider of paratransit services and the largest privately-owned passenger transportation contracting firm based in the United States, recently completed multiple lease transactions in Illinois.
• Corey B. Chase, Principal and Kyle A. McKechnie, Associate, both with Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, represented MV in a long term lease renewal for 40,500 sq. ft. of space at 6230 West Gross Point Road in Niles. IL. The 117,835 sq. ft. industrial building is owned by Howard-Lehigh Corporation and features 45 parking spaces, 6,300 square feet of office space, two exterior truck docks and one drive in door.
• Chase and McKechnie also represented MV in a long term lease for 10,992 sq. ft. of space in a single-tenant flex building located at 1030 West Olympia Drive in Peoria, IL. The building features 27 parking spaces, six private offices, two drive in doors and fenced-in outdoor storage.
Chase has represented MV Transportation in multiple in-state and out-of-state transactions, including direct representation and referrals for deals totaling over 117,000 square feet in 2014.
