Steven Tick, principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, announced the lease transaction of a 281,462-square-foot assembly and distribution facility in Decatur on behalf of the building’s owner, G&D Integrated.
The facility, located at 2380 E. Millikin Parkway, sits on 23.46 acres, including 12.85 acres of car and trailer parking. Crossroad Centers LLC will occupy the single-tenant building. Cross Road Centers is a New Orleans-based logistics, transportation and warehousing company.
G&D Integrated is a transportation management services company that specializes in distribution and manufacturing logistics. Tick has represented the company in more than 20 acquisition and disposition transactions in multiple U.S. states.
The fully fenced state of the art facility features 30 docks and eight drive-in doors, 48 overhead cranes, heavy power, 24-foot to 25-foot ceilings and 6″-8″ concrete floors.
The tenant was represented by Tim Vieweg of Main Place Properties in Decatur.
