Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International principals John Homsher and Alissa Adler have represented a regional bank in the sale of a 22,804-square-foot commercial land site on Chicago’s north side.
This is the second commercial land sale Podolsky|Circle’s Middle Market Investment Team has handled along Devon Avenue in the city’s West Town neighborhood in the past 12 months. Both transactions resulted in sale prices of more than $65 a square foot.
Located at 2201 W. Devon Ave., the site currently has an obsolete 12,000-square-foot retail building. The buyer, a private investor, will demolish the building and use the site for parking, with plans to eventually redevelop it.
