Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International (“PCCI”) principals Alissa Adler and John R. Homsher, CCIM have announced Derrick A. Thomas as the newest addition to their Middle Market Investment Advisory Team.
In his capacity as Investment Analyst, Derrick will be responsible for supporting PCCI’s Investment Advisory Team in the preparation of offering memoranda, financial analysis, and due diligence for investment sales, debt and equity placement and acquisition advisory services on behalf of third-party clients.
Prior to joining PCCI Derrick gained experience as a Project Analyst at Verizon Wireless and a Commercial Investment Analyst at Marcus & Millichap.
Derrick’s responsibilities at Verizon Wireless included the review and tracking of environmental screenings and the preparation of environmental reports for CERCLA, as well as abstracting leases and managing budgets at all stages of each project.
As a Commercial Investment Analyst, Derrick valued investment opportunities for potential sale and educated clients on current market trends. In addition to reviewing due diligence documentation, He analyzed and confirmed project budgets and pro-forma assumptions and obtained and verified third party reports. Derrick assisted in closing $25 million in assets totaling over 200,000 square feet.
