Pogoda Companies recently closed the sale of Lions Den Storage in Chesterfield, Michigan. Mark Floria, Pogoda’s self-storage investment broker, represented the seller in this transaction.
Sold by MP Assets, LLC, this property contains 261 units in 49,290 square feet of space. It took three years to bring the transaction to a close.
Floria said that the listing was kept private, according to the seller’s wishes, and only available to a limited few buyers.
Floria not only found the buyer, he also procured a lending source for the buyer and assisted in securing the financing.
