Michigan-based Pogoda Companies, a provider of self-storage management services, has added two new management contracts in Goodrich, Michigan, and Traverse City, Michigan.
Goodrich has 57,600 square feet in 376 units while the Traverse City property has 71,300 square feet in 500 units.
Both properties feature drive-up spaces, have 24-hour digital surveillance and will offer a full line of boxes and packing supplies.
Pogoda now has over 50 self storage properties in Michigan.
