Pogoda Companies recently sold West River Storage Suites, a 46,050-square-foot storage facility in Belmont, Michigan.
The facility, located at 5720 Samrick Ave., was built in 2007 and includes 247 units in five buildings on 5.53 acres. Belmont is just north of Grand Rapids.
The seller, West River Storage, LLC, enlisted Pogoda Group’s Mark Floria to market the property. Floria brought the owner numerous offers in a short time period. The listed price was $2.6 million.
