Pogoda Companies closed the sale of the 71,900-square-foot Westland Park Self Storage in Lansing, Michigan.
The facility, built in 1988 with 534 units in nine buildings, sits on 5.07 acres.
Mark Floria of Pogoda Group assisted the seller, Westland Storage, LLC, in disposing of the property. The buyer was Storage Pros Acquisition, LLC.
The listed price was $3.9 million.
