Pogoda’s Self Storage Real Estate Advisor Mark Floria represented the seller in the sale of Felch Street Self Storage in Holland, Michigan; Lakewood Self Storage in Holland, Michigan; and Georgetown Self Storage in Jenison, Michigan.
Made up of 1,361 units and 213,793 square feet of rentable storage space, the portfolio drew the interest of multiple institutional buyers.
