National law firm Polsinelli will officially open its 10-story headquarters in downtown Kansas City near Country Club Plaza on Nov. 12. The company will celebrate this with a “Turn on the Lights” ceremony at 10 a.m.
Plaza Vista, a 235,000-square-foot building, will hold 450 Polsinelli employees, including more than 250 attorneys. The developer of the project, VanTrust Real Estate, has also included 16,600 square feet of retail space and an adjacent seven-story 132-room luxury hotel on the site, the Hotel Sorella.
A six-level 933-space underground parking garage serves both structures.
