Law firm Polsinelli Shughart’s Chicago office is expanding to a third floor in the Chicago Title and Trust Building located at 161 N. Clark St. in the city’s downtown.
Polsinelli will gain an additional 18,000 square feet with this move, extra space that will help accommodate the growth of the firm’s Chicago office.
In the current fiscal year, 18 lawyers have joined the Chicago office, including 11 shareholders, bringing the total to 64 in Chicago.
Polsinelli Shughart moved into Tishman Speyer’s Chicago Title and Trust Building in 2009, originally occupying 29,000 square feet on the 41st and 42nd floors.
