In a recently signed long-term lease at Bradley Business Center, Power Home Remodeling Group will be quadrupling its space to 31,000 square feet from its current 7,000 square feet at 9450 W. Bryn Mawr in Rosemont.
The firm will take over Bradley Business Center’s ground floor commercial space at 2500 West Bradley Place, using 21,000 square feet for office purposes and the remainder for warehousing. The new location will serve as the company’s Midwest headquarters for its 200 employees – all of whom will make the move to the city from Rosemont when the lease begins this November. This new tenant now brings the complex to 86 percent leased.
The 500,000-square-foot Bradley Business Center, a joint venture between Hansen Realty Services and Centrum Partners, offers tenants an amenity rich environment on the city’s North side. The mixed-use building features office and single story space with amenities that include state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop deck, conference center, event space, bike storage and abundant parking.
Located between I-90 and Wrigley Field, and with multiple public transportation options including the Red, Brown and Blue Lines, and the Addison bus (which runs every seven to ten minutes), it’s an ideal location for today’s modern office user.
Ownership was represented in-house by Brett Berlin. Cushman & Wakefield‘s Marilyn Lissner and Joseph Gatto represented Power Home in the transaction.
