Vermilion Development has begun pre-leasing at Viridian on Sheridan, a new luxury rental development at 734 W. Sheridan Road in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Luxury Living Chicago Realty is the exclusive marketing and leasing brokerage for the 10-story, 100-unit building, while RMK Management will manage the property.

Tenants will receive instructions and can opt for upgrades and add-ons including a digital assistant, smart outlets, dimmable white and color bulbs and more.

Private outdoor spaces are offered in select units. All units also include the Latch keyless entry system that allows tenants to unlock a door with an iOS or Android smartphone, keycard or special door code.
