The View represents the largest multifamily development in the Chicagoland area, featuring 573 units across fourteen three-story, garden-style apartment buildings spread over 30 acres.
This milestone project reinforces PREMIER’s continued growth in the residential sector, emphasizing its commitment to diversifying its portfolio and delivering comprehensive multifamily solutions across the nation.
The View is designed to create a vibrant, elevated living experience with centralized amenities that include an outdoor pool, entertainment area, volleyball court, yoga platform, bocce ball court, cabana building, and a fully equipped gym. These features are thoughtfully integrated to enhance the lifestyle of residents while contributing to the overall appeal of the Rock Run Collection development, reflecting PREMIER’s commitment to quality, functionality, and modern design.
Phase I of The View includes three residential buildings totaling 264 units, a free-standing clubhouse building, three parking garages, retention ponds, and additional infrastructure work.
