Bridge Development Partners, LLC, in conjunction with Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, selected PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC to complete Bridge Point Elgin, a 225,205 square foot building located at 2750 Alft Lane in Elgin, Illinois. The new facility is located in the Randall Crossings Business Park – just .25 miles away from the I-90 interchange.
Designed to accommodate a host of industrial users including manufacturers, logistics companies and/or distributors, the speculative facility can function as a multi-tenant or single-user space.
The single-load facility is equipped with 46 exterior dock positions, four drive-in doors, a 60′ staging bay and a 32′ clear height. A new parking lot with trailer parking provides 106 stalls, expandable to 160. Insulated precast wall panels and glass and glazing entry points make up the building façade.
A significant amount of interest has already been gained for the new facility, with one lease under contract for 60% of the space.
Mark Melone of PREMIER Design + Build, LLC. was project manager overseeing the completion of the project and Tom Johnson was PREMIER’s field superintendent. Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy with Lee & Associates are brokering the facility.
