The new Children’s Pediatric Medical Office is officially underway in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC announced it broke ground on the 5,118-square-foot facility in early August with a scheduled opening for first quarter of 2016.
The office will feature 12 patient exams rooms with 2 treatment rooms and a dedicated breastfeeding room. Separate waiting rooms and exam rooms for sick and well children were also incorporated in the design to eliminate the risk of spreading illness among patients.
According to PREMIER Design + Build, the well-being of children is meaningful to the firm, as evidenced by their commitment to families, the construction of state-of-the-art medical facilities and our charitable efforts.
As part of the groundbreaking ceremony, the firm donated to Tuesday’s Child, a non-profit organization that helps families address behavioral issues by providing tools and individualized training to parents and children that generate positive results at home, school and throughout the community.
