PREMIER Design + Build Group begins process at Bridge Point Marina Mile, the second warehouse project in Broward County’s Dania Beach.
Bridge Development Partners, LLC chose PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC to construct a new speculative warehouse facility at SW 30 Avenue, Dania Beach, Florida, totaling 189,620 square feet. The 32-foot clear height institutional grade warehouse at Bridge Point Marina Mile is being constructed as a Class A facility.
The structure is being built with concrete tilt-wall, structural steel and 45 mil TPO roofing. Fire protection is being carried out with an ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire sprinkler system. Onsite water retention is being handled via exfiltration trenches, and both dry and wet retention. An asphalt parking lot will be placed with 241 parking stalls: 231 standard, 10 handicap stalls.
The speculative warehouse is being constructed to house distributors, manufacturers and freight forwarders, with space of varying size for up to six tenants.
Julie Mahnich of PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is the project manager overseeing the development and Ed Lebak is the project superintendent. RLC Architects, Inc. is delivering architectural services and Landplan Engineering Consultants is the Civil Engineer. Jones Lang LaSalle is brokering the facility.
