PREMIER Design + Build, LLC has completed construction of Bridge Point 94, two state-of-the-art speculative warehouses, located on a 21-acre land at 804 E. Park Avenue in Libertyville, Illinois.

Bridge Development Partners, LLC selected PREMIER for the project in 2015.

The new industrial development is located in Lake County, north of Chicago, in a healthy industrial area where companies are looking for modern and functionally efficient space.

The development is named for its proximity to the I-94 expressway, and also has easy access to IL routes 137 and 176. In addition to its valuable location to major interstates, Bridge Point 94 benefits from nearby Waukegan National and O’Hare International Airports.

Building 1 offers 185,670 sq ft to business tenants while Building 2 provides 220,542 sq ft. Both Class A facilities feature 32′ clear-height warehouse spaces, 56 truck dock positions, an ESFR fire protection sprinkler system, 1600 and 2000 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service. To accommodate these soon-to-be busy warehouses, a concrete lot has been built with 536 parking stalls.

Mark Melone was the project manager and Johnathan Nelsen was field superintendent from PREMIER Design + Build, LLC. Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. provided architectural services and Pearson, Brown & Associates Inc. was the civil engineering firm. John Hauser and Michael Fonda of Avison Young are representing the building.
