PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction of a 40,750-square-foot distribution facility for Dayton Street Partners/WBS Equities in the Portgage Park neighborhood of Chicago.
The facility is located at 4150 North Knox Ave. on a 1.6-acre lot near major expressways, train lines and airports.
The warehouse features 30-foot clear height warehouse space, two parking lots, four covered dock positions, two drive-in doors and two glass storefront entrances with canopies. The adaptable warehouse space can accommodate multiple tenants.
The PREMIER team responsible for this design + build are senior project manager Chris Kiziak and superintendent Scott Lebak. Kimley-Horn provided engineering services and Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. provided architectural services. Mike Senner and Steve Kohn with Colliers are representing the building. Dayton Street Partners/WBS Equities is the developer.
