PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is pleased to announce promotions for three leaders at the design and construction firm. Rosa Schwartz, Samantha Skopek, and Alexandra Wellin are moving into new positions.
PREMIER is naming Rosa Schwartz as vice president, project accounting from director of project administration. She has been part of the PREMIER team since the firm’s earliest years. Schwartz was one of the founders’ first hires when she joined as a project coordinator.
PREMIER is promoting Samantha Skopek to the position of director of project management. Skopek will continue to support PREMIER’s project execution teams including training and leading colleagues in the areas of due diligence, preconstruction, construction execution, and closeout. She will also provide oversight of project financials and contract administration across PREMIER’s Midwest market. Skopek joined PREMIER in 2015 and previously served as senior project manager.
Alexandra Wellin will move into the position of director of project administration. Now in her eighth year at the firm, Wellin has served as both project coordinator and marketing coordinator.
PREMIER was founded in 2004 and first established a reputation for its work in the industrial and warehouse sectors. PREMIER has expanded its scope into a wide variety of project types including commercial, medical, retail, hospitality, interiors, and adaptive reuse. The firm has two Chicago-area offices, as well as regional division offices in New Jersey and California.
