Nearly doubling its revenue since first making the Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 list in 2016, PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC has been honored with the distinction for a third consecutive year. PREMIER ranks #17 on the list of Chicagoland’s 50 fastest growing companies for 2018.
More than just an accolade, the ranking demonstrates continued growth as a result of the company’s ongoing commitment to client-focused service. With just 57 employees across the entire organization, executive vice president Brian Paul says strong communication and collaboration have been essential drivers for PREMIER’s growth.
“We implemented a number of cutting-edge technologies to help improve efficiency and streamline workflows, which, in turn, made it easier to collaborate on large-scale construction projects,” said Paul. “As a result, we’ve been able to successfully expand beyond our industrial roots and apply our client-centered approach to new markets.”
Successful pursuit of these new markets—including commercial retail and office, adaptive reuse, medical facilities and multifamily residential complexes—helped spur the establishment of three strategically located offices in Miami, New Jersey and Los Angeles. With its expanded footprint, PREMIER is poised to provide superior service to an even greater client base.
“Our focus has always been on our clients and their success,” Paul said. “Growing into new markets will never change that—it will only serve to enhance it.”
