Des Plaines, Ill.-based PREMIER Design + Build Group is now building a 10,636-square-foot medical office building in Oregon, Ohio, a community located in the Toledo metropolitan area.
Construction is scheduled to end in the middle of November.
PREMIER is building a build-to-suit ambulatory surgery medical office building within one mile of Mercy St. Charles Hospital and two miles from ProMedica Bay Park Hospital.
Joseph Ahrens and Matthew Robson are PREMIER’s project manager and field superintendent overseeing construction. The site and building are owned by MB Real Estate.
In addition to medical exam rooms and physician offices, the medical office building will include two dedicated ambulatory surgery procedure rooms.
