PREMIER Design + Build LLC has been chosen to build a 214,533-square-foot speculative industrial distribution warehouse on an 11.8-acre parcel at 901 Northview Rd. in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

The Class A facility will feature pre-cast concrete panels and structural steel, 32′ clear-height warehouse spaces, 28 truck dock positions, and four drive-in doors. A modern ESFR fire protection sprinkler system and 2,500 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service will be installed, as well as a parking lot with 52 truck/trailer stalls and 91 car stalls.

Matt Bien is the project manager from PREMIER Design + Build, LLC for this project. Partners in Design, Inc. is the firm providing architectural services and Pinnacle Engineering Group is the civil engineering firm. Roger Siegel of Jones Lang LaSalle is representing the building.
