Theresa Greenfield, president of Colby Interests in Windsor Heights, Iowa, recently earned a key designation.
Greenfield completed the coursework necessary to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation — better known as the CCIM designation — from the CCIM Institute.
This designation is only given to those real estate professionals who commit to the ideals and requirements of the CCIM Institute.
