Richard Lanning, Jr. of Kansas City’s NT Realty, Inc. has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute.
The designation was awarded during the institute’s fall business meetings Oct. 24 in Denver. Lanning was one of 221 commercial real estate professionals from around the country who earned the designation by passing the institute’s comprehensive examination..
Lanning has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been with NT Realty since 1999. As President of NT Realty, Lanning is the asset manager for more than 3.2 million square feet of industrial and commercial real estate in North Kansas City.
