One of the first female leaders in Minnesota’s commercial real estate industry, NTH President Tina Hoye, announced her retirement effective May 31 of this year. NTH is an award-winning real estate and project management firm based in Minneapolis.

Hoye co-founded NTH in 1993 along with Russ Nelson and John Tietz and has nearly 40 years of experience leading clients through complex real estate transactions. Under Hoye’s leadership, NTH has developed a unique reputation for being a trusted advisor to a variety of corporate and nonprofit clients. Born and raised in Saint Paul, Hoye has always been a community champion, serving on the boards and committees of numerous nonprofits around the Twin Cities including Catholic Charities Twin Cities, The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library, St. Paul Area Chamber and Greater Minneapolis Building Owners and Managers Association.

“I am proud to have been able to make a lasting impact in the Twin Cities over my nearly 40 years in this industry,” said Hoye. “The NTH team is well-positioned to help our clients make effective real estate decisions well into the future.”

Anna Coskran, current principal – real estate services, will succeed Tina as president of NTH and lead the firm in partnership with Paul Johnson, principal – project management services. Coskran has over 25 years of experience in the local market and has worked on a diverse range of projects, from renovating an abandoned brewery to leasing office space in downtown towers.

“Tina is known for her sound judgement, strategic perspective and ability to navigate complicated real estate transactions,” said Coskran. “I am grateful for her steady leadership, and excited to continue to build on NTH’s strong legacy in this community.”
