Mark Cofman, president and owner of Richmond Heights, Missouri-based Coldwell Banker Premier, Realty Exchange, Apartment Exchange and Title Partners Premier, has been elected to the Midwest BankCentre South Region Advisory Board.

Founded in 1972 by Cofman, Coldwell Banker Premier specializes in the sale, management and acquisition of multifamily properties. Its 2003 expansion to its present location in Richmond Heights allowed the firm to expand into four areas of real estate-related services: residential real estate sales by Coldwell Banker Premier; investment/commercial real estate sales by Realty Exchange; property management services by Apartment Exchange; and title services under the auspices of Title Partners Premier.

With total assets exceeding $1.6 billion, Midwest BankCentre is a locally owned community bank.
