Albion Residential announced that primary construction is competed months ahead of schedule and its 29-story Albion Music Row tower, delivering 458 residential units on the former Beaman auto dealership property in the Midtown neighborhood of Nashville, is now fully open.
The construction of the tower was led by Clark Construction, who began vertical construction in December of 2024. Originally expected to deliver later in the fall of this year, Albion Music Row, located at 1501 McGavock St., began move-ins in the spring before full completion in July with a celebratory event on July 9th.
Albion Music Row also features a spacious outdoor plaza with performance lawn, a resort-style rooftop pool, first in class indoor and outdoor fitness facility, plus a podcasting studio and coworking and social spaces. The community has 4,000 sf of ground floor restaurant space and availability for permanent vendor on the outdoor plaza; both spots are in advanced negotiations with tenants with announcements expected soon.
