Primrose Schools continues to expand in Midwest and nationally

Primrose Schools has begun the year with a full development pipeline that will continue to expand its presence across the country. The franchise company also has identified several key growth markets and is actively expanding its national footprint.

Primrose currently has 22 new schools under construction in 14 states, and nine more schools will break ground during the first half of the year. Five new schools are set to open in the first quarter of 2016, 13 schools in the second quarter, and four schools in the third quarter.

One of those openings will include the first school in the state of Wisconsin, which will expand the franchise’s reach into 26 states.

Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul, northern New Jersey and northern Virginia are the company’s top markets for development activity this year, and urban neighborhoods in these markets are a key part of that strategy.

The strategic growth plan for Primrose Schools projects the franchise company will have 480 school locations by 2020.
