John Arthurs of Principal Associates – TCN Worldwide negotiated the purchase of a 63,210-square-foot industrial building in Port Huron, Mich.
Arthurs handled this transaction on behalf of the buyer, German-based Eissman Automotive North America, Inc.
The facility, located at 2440 20th St., will be used as an auto-parts manufacturing facility. The new owner plans to create 300 jobs at the facility.
