Phil Myers and John De Wald of Principal Associates-TCN Worldwide represented GETRAG Transmissions Corporation in a 47,056-square-foot relocation and expansion in Sterling Heights, Mich.
GETRAG is one of the largest system suppliers of passenger car transmissions across the country with 23 locations in Europe, Asia and North America.
The Sterling Heights location will serve as the company’s North American Engineering Center. This location was selected because of GETRAG’s expansion requirements, its central location and its close proximity to automotive suppliers.
Principal Associates will remain as the exclusive tenant representative for GETRAG Transmissions Corporation.
