Tim Rikkers, the managing principal at the Madison, Wis., office of Cresa, was recently named a CoStar Power Broker by the CoStar Group research firm.
This annual award recognizes top performers in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2011 in their respective market.
Rikkers qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in office leasing. Among the number of 2011 transactions that Rikkers closed are the Ale Asylum, Shopbop and Lucigen.
